Maestro Dobel 50 Cristalino Extra Añejo is a crystal-clear extra añejo tequila from Mexico, made with 100% Blue Weber agave. Created by 11th-generation tequila maker Juan Dobel to mark his 50th birthday, it's aged a minimum of three years in American and Eastern European oak, then charcoal-filtered to strip color while keeping the aged complexity intact. Expect honeyed cooked agave, fig, quince, and date on the nose and palate, closing long and smooth. Best sipped neat in a rocks glass to let the layered oak and fruit notes unfold.
