Sip Something New with a mezcal that softens smoke into sweetness. Crema de Mezcal blends 90% double-distilled, wood-fired San Luis del Rio mezcal — made from mature Espadín agave, pit-roasted and naturally fermented — with 10% miel de maguey, raw agave syrup, for a velvety, dessert-like pour. Expect roasted maguey, vanilla, and pear on the nose, then coffee, pineapple, and a lingering smoky orange-citrus finish. Serve neat over ice, in a twist on an Old Fashioned, or drizzled over vanilla ice cream.
