Covenant Blanc de Blancs is a dry sparkling white wine from Covenant Wines, a Berkeley, California producer crafting it entirely from 100% Chardonnay. Fermentation relies on native yeast with no dosage added, giving the wine its bone-dry character alongside the finesse Chardonnay is known for in fine sparkling wine. Expect a bright, clean palate layered with apple, pear, quince, and citrus notes. Chill well and pour as an aperitif, or pair with oysters, soft cheeses, or a celebratory brunch spread.
