Park's Borderies Mizunara doesn't — after resting in French oak, it moves into Japanese Mizunara casks, the same rare wood prized by Japanese whisky makers. Made by the Tessendier family from 100% Ugni Blanc grown in Borderies, cognac's smallest, most floral cru, it picks up notes of white pepper, peach blossom, and fig alongside sandalwood and baking spice from the Mizunara. Pour it neat in a tumbler and let it breathe.
