Most rum starts with molasses, but Martinique's agricole tradition presses fresh sugarcane juice instead, and Clement's 10-Year shows what a decade in oak does with it. Aged under Martinique's AOC rules in a mix of ex-bourbon and new French oak barrels, it pours a deep mahogany with a nose of orange, acacia honey, roasted cocoa, and cigar box.
