Palate: Soft oak tannin upfront, which dissipates into delightful toasted oak lactones. At 90 proof there's a slight bourbon heat that let's you know this is a real deal, full-bodied bourbon. On the tongue, it evolves into a creamy almost buttery mouthfeel with sweet butterscotch notes.
Finish: Vanilla wafer finish with salted caramel.
