At the Jerez bodega where Cardenal Mendoza ages its sherry brandy, orange blossom once filled the courtyard each spring, and Angelus captures that idea. The classic Brandy de Jerez is infused with bitter Seville oranges, Valencia lemons, cardamom and clove, then rested in sherry-seasoned casks. Bright mahogany in the glass, it pours citrusy and spiced with a toasted edge. Sip it neat over ice with an orange slice, or lengthen it with sparkling water. 40% ABV.
