Tasting notes
This Pinot Noir Finished American Whiskey shows eucalyptus with a hint of mint up front. The palate leads to creamy vanilla and slight tobacco notes. It finishes like a dry red wine. With the added level of dryness from the residual wine character, the whiskey benefits from a few drops of water or a single large cube of ice. Try pairing it with Bing cherries, bittersweet chocolate, and oranges.
