Bresca Dorada started in 1986 when two beekeepers from Cagliari decided to bottle Sardinia's wild side, not just its honey. Mirtamaro is their amaro: mountain herbs from the Gennargentu range and Sardinia's eastern coast, slow-infused and blended with fresh myrtle sprouts and ripe berries, then rounded out with water and sugar. It pours deep copper, with balsamic, licorice, mint, and citrus notes that linger. At 30% ABV, it's built for sipping neat after dinner or over ice as a digestivo.
