This is made from a mash bill of 100% malted rye. Aged 6 years in new American Oak barrels, #2 char.
Tasting notes
Cinnamon and chocolate orange on the nose. Palate of light rye bread with honeyed butter; candied orange peel. Finish is long, with dried orchard fruits & toffee.
