"This actually has a delicious flavor on its own. I detest artificial banana flavor, but this doesn't seem overly synthetic or medical to me. BUT I got this to make tropical drinks, most of which (at least the ones I like) contain pineapple juice. No of the order, adding pineapple juice causes this liqueur to immediately curdle. Don't discount it, though. I came up with a use for it because I didn't want to trash it. Any chocolate liqueur that you choose to combine it with tastes excellent (Godiva or Baileys are my favorites). 1 ounce each of chocolate and banana liqueurs, with a splash of cream. Excellent!"
