Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Ardbeg's smokiest sense of humor yet, BizarreBQ pairs Islay's signature peat with a barbecue pitmaster's playbook. Master Distiller Dr Bill Lumsden teamed up with chef Christian "DJ BBQ" Stevenson, maturing the spirit across Pedro Ximénez sherry, double-charred oak, and dedicated BBQ casks. Expect charcoal, hickory-smoked ham, and cinnamon-dusted espresso on the nose, giving way to chili-spiced ribs, flame-grilled steak, and clove on the palate. Pour it fireside alongside something straight off the grill.
