Bhakta - Limited Edition Armagnac Cask Finish Bourbon Whiskey 2005
BHAKTA 2005 Bourbon stood as one of the inaugural acquisitions following Raj Peter Bhakta’s exit from his famous whiskey brand, initiating an odyssey of unparalleled grandeur. From the heartlands of Tennessee to the storied lands of Indiana, Scotland's misty highlands, and back to the verdant hills of Vermont, its journey was a symphony of exploration.
Enriched by a triple barrel finish, featuring the embrace of new oak, seasoned oak, and an Armagnac essence drawn from our venerable 1975 French Oak casks, its maturation in four distinct climates bestowed upon it an unreplicable global essence. From its humble inception in 2005, this venerable spirit, now at the ripe age of 19 Years and 3 months, stands poised to grace the world stage with its refined presence.

Only five hundred and fifty-five bottles of this naught-five vintage bourbon are being released. This was the first whiskey I acquired after selling my famous porcine-inspired whiskey company. These bottles reveal “The Elijah Prophecy.” The prophecy? A vision that these bottles shall resound through time for their magnificence and bless those who hold them with good fortune.
The prophecy came as I tasted this very nectar on the fifth day of the fifth month in the year of our Lord two thousand twenty-four when my fifth child Elijah was born. Here’s to you and Elijah! May God bless you for all time! -Raj
