More Info

Behold, a Kosher single malt from Ben Èideann! The Highlander was initially matured in American oak bourbon casks before it was transferred to ruby sweet wine casks for a finishing period. The result is a rich, chocolatey dram with some red fruit vibrancy in there too.
Tasting notes

A rose tinted gem of a dram with oak and spices on the nose. Chocolate coated strawberries and plums artfully entwine with malted biscuit and coffee beans. The finish is medium with sweet spice and ripe summer fruits lingering. This is a truly distinguished dram.
