Barrell Craft Spirits built this Private Release from a blend of Kentucky whiskeys anchored by an 18-year-old backbone, then married in a single cask finished in a Marine Layer Aries Chardonnay barrel — a wine-cask influence that layers in fruit and oak complexity. Bottled at a bold 116.94 proof, it delivers a deep, aromatic nose and a rich, well-balanced palate with a long finish. Pour it neat in a Glencairn to let the cask character unfold, or reserve it for a slow evening built around big, cask-strength whiskey.
