Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Barrell Craft Spirits built its name as an independent bottler, hunting down standout barrels rather than distilling its own — and M770 is why. This single-barrel, 7-year Indiana rye was selected for "Joe's Playlist," Barrell's small-batch online-exclusive series, and bottled straight from one cask at 112.96 proof with nothing blended in. Expect an herbaceous nose, an oak-driven front palate, and a sweet, easy-going finish. Pour it neat first to catch the barrel's individual fingerprint, then try a single ice cube to open the spice.
Tasting notes
The whiskey has a deep amber color and a complex flavor profile of sweet and spicy notes, with hints of oak, vanilla, and caramel. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of spice.
