Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Barrell Craft Spirits built this Private Release Rye (batch 1M20) by blending straight rye whiskeys from Indiana and Canada, then resting the marriage in a single Madeira cask to layer in fruit and richness. Bottled at cask strength (115.06 proof), it opens with green apple, dark caramel, and honeyed rye spice, then turns bold and peppery with burnt brown sugar and dried florals before a dry, warming finish. Pour it neat after dinner for sipping that rewards patience and a curious palate.
