Incredible rum in a batch

"I've consumed every Barbancourt rhum. Each one is unique and has a distinctive taste. The best is this one! I had some with a friend that I had previously purchased. Until it was all gone, it became into a nightly habit. This is a special occasion merely to enjoy a luxurious beverage, not to mix rum."

Beautiful, deep flavor and personality.

""Rum from the French Caribbean that is truly authentic and has a wonderful, rich flavor. Its smoothness and complexity, which are unmatched in the aged rum category, can be enjoyed neat or even on the rocks. Rhum Barbancourt 15 Yr is a wonderful gift option thanks to its exquisite box. ""

Rum With Full Flavor for Whiskey Drinkers

"Outside of whiskies, which have less flavors, I already enjoy rum. This one is extremely remarkable; it's full of exquisite flavors, especially the spices, and it has a custard-like creaminess. To experience the flavor to its fullest, add some water. It's worth keeping."

Among the world's best rums

"I'm from Haiti, and I've never drank rhum because I've heard that it can cause headaches in some people (3 to 5 stars depending on your system), but ever since I tried the 15 Years, my life has changed. No longer do I drink beer because the 15 Years is so refreshing; everyone should try it; you'll thank me and ask for it, I promise."

Historic Bottled!

"I grew up watching my father return from vacations to Haiti with boxes made of yellow Duty Free cardboard containing bottles of the 5 Star Barbancourt. I used to bring a bottle home every time I went to see my family, and I would keep it for as long as I could, only sharing a glass with the people I thought of as my closest friends. I've discovered what I can genuinely say is the best-tasting rum after being fortunate enough to have discovered, much alone purchased, a bottle of Estate Reserve. period. You won't quickly forget the flavor's smoothness."

Traditional Sipping Rum

"This rhum is authentically agricole because it is prepared with sugar cane rather than molasses. Sharing it with your closest friends is a terrific idea because it is so smooth. This rum is best served straight up or on the rocks; blending it would be a waste."

Before I drank this, I had no idea how much I loved rum.

"I think this was the first rum I ever really liked, and I now know how much I appreciate a fine rum. By all means, my palette is inexperienced. It is similar to cognac, as someone else said, and that is accurate. It's fantastic, and I wholeheartedly endorse it."

It's A Rum, But It's More Than That!

"Compared to normal "rum," Barbancourt is substantially more complicated. This rum is as intricate as a fine whiskey. I regard it as such because of its complexity; I serve it neat, with a single ice cube, or with a drop of water."

Top-notch Caribbean Rum

"I'll wager my money that this Haitian rum will compete with any other rums available for sale in terms of price. I'm not sure about the pricey rums that sell for over $80, but this one right here is the best you can get for $68 or less."

A Run That Only Rum Drinkers Could Appreciate!

"Pre-Earthquake rum wasn't in a "sanded" bottle reserved for collectors, but rather a clear one! Anyway, this RHUM is basically cognac with the grapes replaced by sugar cane juice. This is the kind of rum that you would sip straight from the bottle if you were stranded on an island or at sea, never to be found again! Just a quick reminder: Before the earthquake, rum was typically mixed with either sugar cane juice or molasses, and if you were lucky, you might find a bottle that somehow tasted better than the others! Among the flavors to note are sugar, molasses, sugar cane, and RHUM! One would want to enjoy it like a $3000 bottle of cognac if one were to pour it into a glass. I'm currently attempting to determine how Post-Earthquake bottles compare to Pre-Earthquake bottles! By the way, I like the new bottle! but should be corked!"
