Balcones set out to prove Texas could do single malt right — and did it their own way. Distilled from 100% malted barley in copper pot stills at their Waco distillery, this single malt skips the traditional used-oak route and ages in new American oak instead, picking up notes of toasted malt, honey, dried fruit, and warm baking spice along the way. Bottled at 106 proof for real presence. Pour it neat in a rocks glass and let it open up.
