The agave is roasted in a stone brick oven, then the spirit rests at least 12 months in oak, arriving a deep amber with a rich, gently sweet nose. Expect a warm, silky palate that stays more mellow than smoky, finishing smooth and long. Pour it neat or over a single big cube when you feel like slowing down and sipping.
