A 95% rye, 5% malted barley whiskey distilled at MGP in Indiana, then finished in Caribbean rum casks and bottled at 100 proof in Louisville. The rum casks are the point: they push the rye's pepper toward vanilla, maple and dried tropical fruit without smothering the spice underneath. The label claims no state of distillation, and neither will we.
