Angel's Envy takes its 95% rye mash bill and rests it up to 18 months in Caribbean rum casks, layering dessert-like warmth over the grain's natural spice. Expect citrus, caramel candy, and maple sugar on the nose, giving way to sweet rum, sherry wood, and soft oak on the palate, with a finish that's both quick and dry. Bottled at 100 proof, it's built for slow sipping neat or over a single large cube — pour it after dinner alongside dark chocolate or bread pudding.
