Mashbill: 80% Corn, 10% Malted Barley, 10% Rye.
Freshly baked peach cobbler and cinnamon apples with subtle vanilla are apparent on the nose of this American whiskey. It remains smooth and balanced on the palate with hints of crème brûlée, soft caramel, and candied orange peel before clove and black pepper emerge after each sip. It’s approachable and sweet, with a short, pleasant finish that offers a subtle lingering warmth that invites another taste.
