Alida Blanco Tequila

Alida Blanco Tequila starts with blue Weber agave grown eight years in Jalisco's highlands and lowlands, hand-cut and baked in traditional ovens before open-air fermentation with water drawn from Volcán de Tequila. Left unaged, it pours crystal clear with a nose of sweet agave, tropical fruit, and volcanic minerals. On the palate, black pepper and vanilla bean meet grilled pineapple and lemongrass, finishing warm with spice and green vegetable notes. Built for a chilled sip or a bright, agave-forward margarita.
