Sip Something New with Aldez Añejo, a certified organic tequila built from soil to seal. The 100% blue agave is hand-harvested in the lowlands of Jalisco, slow-cooked in brick ovens for nearly three days, then twice-distilled before resting some 18 months in reclaimed bourbon casks. That extended nap gives a deep amber pour with oak, butterscotch, and vanilla on the nose, caramel and molasses on the palate, and a balanced, oaky finish. Pour it neat for a slow evening, or let it anchor an old fashioned riff.
