The 100% blue agave is hand-harvested in the lowlands of Jalisco, slow-cooked in brick ovens for nearly three days, then twice-distilled before resting some 18 months in reclaimed bourbon casks. That extended nap gives a deep amber pour with oak, butterscotch, and vanilla on the nose, caramel and molasses on the palate, and a balanced, oaky finish.
