Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Goju means fifty, which is exactly the ABV. A malt and grain blend from Eigashima matured across new oak, ex-bourbon and ex-shochu casks, then given a further stretch in ex-sherry wood. Lightly peated to about 10 ppm, it moves between floral sweetness, dry salinity and a gentle curl of smoke.
