Here's a fun crossover for the curious sipper: Adictivo, the Jalisco tequila house, turned its hand to whiskey. This single malt rests in hand-picked new American oak, then takes a second nap in Adictivo's own tequila casks — the move that gives it a natural dark amber glow. Expect vanilla bean, sweet fruit, and fresh mint on the nose, a woody palate laced with spice, smoke, and nutmeg, and a long, gently toasty finish. Neat is the way to meet it.
