Aberfeldy 39 Year Old is a superlative Limited Edition Single Cask bottling of our Classic Central Highland Single Malt Scotch. This particular cask had been carefully monitored, and after nearly four decades in our warehouse, being so flavorsome and brimming with distillery character, we decided it was time to bottle this gem of a whisky. Abounding in heather honey on hot, buttered toast — refreshed with a squeeze of orange zest and a breeze of summer roses — the aroma deepens with vanilla, dark chocolate and a hint of star anise.
