1693 Distillery's Honey Infused Whiskey comes from a small farm-to-bottle operation in the Texas Hill Country, where estate-grown corn is distilled into whiskey and blended with local honey from Copeland Farms. Named for the elevation of the distillery's home ground near Fredericksburg, it opens with mild oak and vanilla on the nose, then builds into a full-bodied pour of caramel and oak before finishing sweet and warm with real honey character. Try it neat over ice, or swap it into an Old Fashioned for a Texas twist.
