This lightly peated single malt whisky is made in America. Made from Scottish barley, this double pot distilled whisky is aged in bourbon casks. Finishing in California Port Casks and bottling without chill-filtering adds layers of complexity to it's sweet, smooth finish.
Tasting notes
Nose: Grandma’s strawberry hard candies, wisps of fresh oysters over the firepit, faded potpourri, Morton’s table salt, cherry swisher sweets
Color: A warming hot toddy
Palate: Mixed berry preserves, sweet red licorice, steamed mussel broth, dry grass, sage brown butter, raw honeycomb
Finish: Viscous, creamy, baked fruit cake, camphor, freshly ground white pepper, leaves burning from the firepit as the winter sun
