Fenwick's Distillery Vanilla Rye Whiskey is a limited release from the Indiana craft distillery's Rensselaer taproom, built on their 1816 Indiana Rye and infused with a genuine Tahitian vanilla bean visible right in the bottle. The base rye is aged in charred white oak and carries bold rye spice with nutmeg and cinnamon; the vanilla layers in a creamy, natural sweetness you can dial up or down by adjusting steeping time before pulling the bean. Each bottle is hand-numbered. Pour it over ice, or use it to build a rye-forward eggnog for the holidays.
