Psagot Viognier is a dry white wine from Israel's Judean Hills, made from Viognier grapes grown in the Psagot winery's mountain vineyards. Half the wine ages in new French oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel, resting sur lie for eight months to build texture. Expect a floral, aromatic glass with layered notes of apricot, peach, citrus, and honeysuckle, balanced by crisp acidity and a long finish. Light to medium-bodied and easy-drinking, it's a natural match for grilled or pan-seared fish and other lighter seafood dishes.
