Psagot - Viognier Dry White Wine
Psagot Viognier is produced from Viognier grapes which were harvested from the vineyards of Moshav Mata in the Judean mountains. The vineyard is located within a deep valley that has a high humidity and low temperatures even on the hottest days of the year. Half of the wine is aged in new 500-liter French oak wood barrels, and the remaining half is aged in stainless steel tanks. The aging process is carried out sur lie (on the least) for eight months.
