Tequila Cryptoquila Reserve is a luxurious añejo tequila that beautifully marries tradition with modernity, crafted in Amatitán, Jalisco, at NOM 1640. Made from 100% Tequilana Weber Blue Agave sourced from the mineral-rich Los Altos region, this tequila undergoes a meticulous production process that includes high-pressure cooking in autoclaves and the extraction of agave nectar via a roller mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks using pure agave sugars, ensuring a clean flavor profile. The spirit is then distilled twice in stainless steel pots with copper coils, followed by aeration to refine its texture and taste.
