Fable Chapter 10: Labyrinth is a 2011 Inchgower single malt that was matured in a single hogshead for a decade, before being bottled in 2021.
Tasting notes
Nose: Quite buttery, sweet vanilla with hints of dried banana. With water added – plenty more fresh green herbal notes.
Palate: Overall sweet notes of milky chocolate. Puff pasty, lemon zest. Orange boiled sweet. Honeyed cereal. With water added – plenty more fresh green herbal notes. Sprites of fresh melon offer little bursts of sweetness.
Finish: Medium finish. Cereal, melon and dried banana. Tangy citrus – bitter orange peel.
