J.Folk's Chardonnay comes out of the Western Cape, where grapes are hand-picked at dawn from low-yielding blocks across Stellenbosch, Swartland, and Paarl. The fruit is whole-bunch pressed and fermented with native yeast, then aged in neutral oak — a lighter touch that lets the site speak. Expect ripe peach and yellow stone fruit with a clean citrus finish. Pour it alongside roast chicken, grilled fish, or a soft, buttery cheese.
