"The Hendrick's special releases continue with this new release. All of them are quite fun, although some are superior to others. This would be the third most recent, in my opinion. It has a strong citrus flavor, which is good for gin. But the initial note is salty and earthy, which some people may not like. That note might sound a little harsh or bitter. But overall, I think it's a winner."

"In comparison to Neptunia, Lunar has more immediate botanical notes, which is why I prefer it. Just that kind of gin, please. As a result, I was initially a little let down by this, but it eventually warmed up like a fine scotch. I strongly advise letting this breathe and/or moving it right away to a decanter. At first, the vodka seemed boring and strange, but as time went on, the botanical flavors really came through. I've discovered that this gin tastes best either on the rocks or in a simple gin and tonic with no other ingredients. No orange or lime peel. I find it to be lot more subdued than Lunar. Despite the fact that it improved as it breathed, I still believe that Lunar or a different brand would be a better investment. All it did was make me long for my last bottle of Monkey 47."

"Excellent but not outstanding. Lively lemon peel tones with subtle citrus notes, but 1 star taken away for the price and some bite in the aftertaste. however fantastic for drinks."
