ROBE: An intense gold color and copper hues, with fine, elegant bubbles and a delicate mousse.
NOSE: Great complexity, reminiscent of old Blanc de Blancs, with an extensive spectrum of caramelized nuts, candied fruit, dried spice, Mocha, and dried apricot aromas, followed by toasted bread, vanilla, brioche, and Tarte Tatin notes. A subtle hint of aniseed lingers on the finish.
