Elvi Wines - Vina Encina Rosado Wine
Viña Encina Mevushal Rosado is a kosher rosé wine from the D.O Castilla-La Mancha produced by the Elvi Wines winery. This wine is a single-variety Syrah.
After the harvest, the grapes used for Viña Encina Mevushal Rosado incubate and left to rest. Maceration then takes place for between 2 or 3 hours to help extract colour from the juice, which helps give the wine its final pink colour. Following this, fermentation takes place for 10 – 15 days at a controlled temperature between 12º and 14ºC, which allows for maximum extraction of the desired colours and aromas.
Elvi Wines collaborates with many wineries across various winemaking regions in Spain to produce kosher wines. The winery, without a doubt, sets the bar for Spanish wines.
