Our brand story

WELCOME TO SUGARLANDIA Inspired by the people and places of the island of Negros, Philippines, Sugarlandia is a majestic experience where everything is not always as it seems. A world which your senses are heightened and your mind is delighted. A place that is part real, part myth, and all heart.

CREATING THE DON

Rum is made from sweet sugarcane from only a handful of regions in the world. Unknown to many, the Philippines is one of them. It has made rum for generations, although it has exported very little. Building on this extraordinary rum heritage, it is only right that Don Papa Rum should be from here, create an incredible sipping rum, rich with depth and flavour. It is something the Philippines, and the island of Negros, can be proud of.
