Tasting notes
The Spirit of IPA whiskey opens on the floral, hoppy and grapefruit notes of the IPA. But it turns to the sweet vanilla, caramel and woody notes of a traditional whiskey before finishing on refreshing citrus.
The Beer has a deep golden color and a complex aroma of citrus, pine, and oak. The flavor is a blend of sweet malt, tropical fruit, and a hint of oak. The finish is dry and slightly bitter. This beer is best enjoyed at cellar temperature.
