Made by hand in Rhinebeck, New York, from lightly fermented Hudson Valley blackcurrants, wild honey, cardamom, bay leaf, lemon verbena, and citrus rind, it's tart, earthy, and gently herbal at 16% ABV. Inspired by farmhouse ratafia de cassis. Pour it over ice, top with sparkling wine for a Kir-style spritz, or sip it neat.
