Adir Winery - Kerem Ben Zimra Marselan Rose Wine
The wine is traditionally produced by fast Pressing where the grapes skins remain in the juice for two hours to obtain the desired color, from there it ferments in oak barrels for 40 days.
The shade is a clear light rose. On opening explosions of strawberry, grassy, rose leaves and red grapefruit. High acidity accompanied by medium to full body with wood. a pleasant sweetness with a long after taste.
