We start with our award-winning Tod & Vixen’s London Dry Gin 1651 which is made with 8 botanicals sourced from around the world.

The gin is then rested and aged in previously used barrels to provide a unique flavor profile from bourbon, rum, and brandy.

It’s not just the wood that gives these gins their flavor — it’s the marriage of the wood and gin, together with the aging.
