"The Hakuto" means "the white rabbit" and takes its name from a myth of the Tottori prefecture, where the distillery is located. A total of 14 botanicals are used for this gin, including typically Japanese ones such as cherry blossoms, yuzus, sansho pepper, green tea and nashi pears.
