We then blend these exceptional bourbons together before re-barreling in new traditional medium toasted barrels for at least 6 months.The result is a perfectly balanced toasted bourbon with delightful notes of vanilla, candy, and sweet oak flavor. Bottled at 94 proof, this bourbon is sure to become a favorite on any bar. We can’t wait to share this Kentucky Toasted Bourbon with you.
Tasting notes
Nose: Deep Cherry, maple, nuttyalmonds, burnt apple, burnt brown sugar and lingering oak.
Mouth: Vanilla oak bomb, toasted honey nut cereal, and nutty pecans with a toast is present but not overwhelming. Very sweet oak that lingers with a bit of orange, cherry, and peach into the finish.
Finish: Long toasted sweet oak, lightly toasted popcorn that keeps the vanilla throughout!
