Our flagship vodka, Purity Connoisseur 51 Reserve, is an organic vodka of unparalleled smoothness and flavor. The combination of organic barley and winter wheat, slowly distilled 51 times, is then blended with our unique soft water to create an unforgettable vodka.

We us our custom built copper still specifically designed for small-batch distillation with the aim of maintaining flavors and aromas which sets us apart from many other vodkas that work to eliminate those elements.

Connoisseur 51 Reserve Organic Vodka

Our Connoisseur 51 Reserve vodka is the definition of an ultra-smooth and flavorful vodka. Many of other vodkas claim similarities but it has been written by people that have not tasted an ultra-premium level vodka as our 51x. The smoothness and character come from that we distill the heart of the vodka 51 times which makes it very smooth as it reacts to the cooper in our still while I distill it extra slow to capture as much flavor and nuances as possible. It is a lot of work to create it so please carefully enjoy it.

Craftsmanship

The Purity Distillery can be found at the 13th century Ellinge castle in southern Sweden. Our production process is the way that vodka has been made for centuries – the old-fashioned way, using local organic ingredients and soft, pure water from the land around us. Our master distiller, Stefan Magnusson, has spent over 10 years refining the multiple distillation process that brings the unique taste and smoothness to each of our spirits.
