Behind Próspero is Stella Anguiano, one of Mexico's premier female Master Distillers, working with 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the volcanic soil of Jalisco. This blanco is made by hand at nearly every step, from the liquid to the illustrated label, and it shows up crisp and clean with subtle citrus and a green, herbaceous edge. Bottled at 40% ABV, it earned 94 points from Distiller. Pour it over a single big cube, or build it into a bright Paloma.
