Lot 40 - Dark Oak Canadian Whisky

From the mind of master blender Dr Don Livermore at Hiram Walker – Lot 40 Dark Oak is a bolder version of Lot 40 Canadian Rye. Awarded the World’s Best Rye at the 2021 World Whiskies Awards, this expression is made by using only rye grain, double distilled utilising both column and pot stills, and aged in new American oak barrels. To amp up the complexity, a secondary maturation has taken place in heavily charred new oak barrels.
