Koloa - Kauaʻi Spice Rum

Appearance: This spice rum is a majestic tawny color with hues of golden rich heather, much lighter in the cloying viscosity than the other expressions of Kōloa Rums, due to the higher ABV at 44%. The legs are thin and evenly expressed around the glass.

Nose: Pleasantly balanced light cola, muted cinnamon and cacao notes with subtle scents of baked baklava, honey and freshly chopped walnuts.

Taste and Finish: This spice rum is dry and crisp on the palate, with upfront spices showing exactly like the nose, the additional flavor of deeply cooked caramel and a light finish of sarsaparilla.
