The Jamaica EMB 2014 edition comes from the Clarendon Distillery in Jamaica. This all molasses, medium ester rum is open air fermented and distilled on a pot still and fully tropically aged in Jamaica in ex-bourbon barrels before being bottled in New York State in 2022 at 61% ABV.
Tasting notes
Pepper and papaya on the nose, tropical fruit, clove and leather on the tongue, with a finish of leather and baking spices.
